Reptile Balls??? FINITO!

As of today, the exterior layer of the Earthbag Super-Adobe Moon Dome is complete. Finished. Finito!

It took 10 days with the help of Pappa Taco, and next i will add a door, a floor, and paint the interior the color "pearl-fucking-white".

Along the way in this warm wet climate these little Mushees popped out for 48 hours then *poof* gone.

The animals still never helped out:

. . . but they sure were entertaining.

Maui Dome Report

Holy Domocile Detective  Derk!

Progress is shuttling this little Dome Home along quickly.

First step to making it to the last one - add roofing-tar, which helps seal the Dome.

Then ad the reptile roofing (i.e. the final plaster layer)

Then take a break cause the dogs are in the way of work . . .

No really, that's all folks.

BRAZIL? ehh. . .feels like Hawaii

Actually, it IS hawaii. 

Like Tom Cruise said in the film Collateral, sometimes we have to adapt and change with the circumstances presented. 

    My circumstances leave me with a new ticket to Brazil in January 2014 and the meantime presents me with the present combination of earthbaggin' and fruit harvesting.

Zack has two hot pepper bushes that are almost 2 meters tall so i harvested a hat-full and made a hot chili water, a vinegar sauce, a mango chili sauce, and lastly a flippin' tasty Harissa Spread with roasted carrots, pine nuts and chilis:
